It’s a recent idea that has come from Entrepreneurs. What entrepreneurs have forgotten to take into consideration is that they take very little time off throughout the year. Whereas employees feel very differently.

If you have a group of people working together, and one member starts taking more holidays than everyone else in the workforce, this will cause friction in the team. There is nothing worse for work performance than a team breaking down in the company. Therefore, unlimited holidays are likely to result in a big downturn in production.
