Employing staff is not just about the contract, it is about the relationship you build between yourself and your employees. Our documents are kept brief and allow you to manage your staff without breaching the contract. Imagine having a contract that detailed how you should react to a family member. Then think about how many times you react differently, because the circumstances have changed. The problem with an overly detailed contract is that if one of your employees takes you to an Employment tribunal (at no cost to themselves) a lengthy document only increases the likelihood that a court will decide that you haven’t complied with the letter of the contract.

Our helpline will guide managers on what they can do to solve any problems and we will visit you if the problems need a face-to-face solution.

We can help by being your central point for coordinating any changes to payroll throughout the month.  Often having several people all sending payroll information through can mean that important information gets missed and has to be processed separately or passed through to the next payroll.  We collect all the information below and ensure it goes to payroll in a timely manner, helping to avoid multiple queries from employees after pay day.  Above are the types of information we will co-ordinate and we ensure the correct documentation is provided to payroll when necessary.
